Welcome to the Registrar’s Office
The Registrar’s Office provides an important link between academic affairs, student affairs and the policies of our college. Our office is responsible for issuing transcripts, evaluating transcripts, assisting with registration, and awarding credentials for our students.
Transcript Requests
The Registrar’s Office charges $5.00 for each official transcript requested in writing by a student. Unofficial transcripts are available through the student account in banner web.
A student may submit the written transcript request through the following options:

Payment for transcripts may be submitted by mail or by calling our Business Department at (229) 217-4205.
Request a Credential Replacement – Degree, Diploma or Certificate
If you would like a replacement or duplicate copy of an awarded credential, please submit this request along with a $20 fee per credential.
Transcript Evaluation
Upon application for admission into MTC, a student must submit all former transcripts to the Registrar’s Office for review. All transcripts are automatically evaluated and credit is awarded as deemed appropriate. If a student submits a change of major form to the Admissions Office, he/she must request a re-evaluation of transcripts.
Registration
FALL QUARTER, 2010 REGISTRATION:
Currently Enrolled Students Must Banner Web Register beginning Monday, August 23rd. Please schedule an appointment with your advisor to register.
New Student Registration: Monday, August 30th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Late Registration: Monday, September 27th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Students registering after August 30th will be charged a $30.00 late registration fee.
Graduation Information
All graduates, along with their advisor, must submit the graduation request form a quarter in advance of the expected graduation quarter. MTC conducts a graduation ceremony at the end of Fall (December) and Spring (June) quarters each year. Information regarding the ceremony, and how to purchase caps and gowns is posted on the main page of the website under “Upcoming Events”.
