Technical Certificate Programs
Workforce certification programs offer specialized programs that are industry driven. These certificate programs are 15 credit hours/ 150 contact hours.

Supervisory Management Specialist
This 15-credit hour certificate program provides the student with necessary tools to become a successful leader in a variety of business management positions. The courses are designed to improve skills and knowledge of supervisory principles.

Certified Manufacturing Specialist
The Certified Manufacturing Specialist program provides the training needed to be a competitive skilled worker.

Certified Customer Service Specialist
The Certified Customer Service Specialist program provides training in the skills needed by service industries in which customer service skills are vital.

Certified Warehousing and Distribution Specialists
 The Certified Warehouse and Distribution Specialist addresses the needs of the expanding warehouse and distribution industry in Georgia.

Entrepreneurship
By focusing on management skills, entrepreneurship programs teach students the techniques to fire up their start-ups. From business etiquette to business law, entrepreneurship education takes on the day-to-day business operations that are the keys to success.
