Moultrie Technical College encourages its faculty and staff to participate in at least 20 hours of staff development each fiscal year. Mandatory training includes the following:

During the month of February: Bloodborne/Airborne Pathogen Training, Part A & Part B

During the month of May: Hazmat/Employee Right-to-Know Training

During the month of August: Ethics in Action

Anyone participating in non-MTC sponsored training should submit documentation to Human Resources to receive credit for staff development.
