Miss MTC Makes First Public Appearance

Chauffeured by MTC Business Office Technology instructor Dr. Hugh Lofton, Miss MTC 2005, Shavaun Hall, made her first public appearance since her crowning on November 30^th.  She greeted hundreds of Colquitt County citizens during the City of Moultrie’s Downtown Christmas Parade on December 4^th.
