MTC Tifton Phi Beta Lambda Celebrates American Free Enterprise Day

Tifton Mayor Paul Johnson, pictured second from left, signed a proclamation naming November 15, 2005, American Free Enterprise Day with the encouragement of Moultrie Technical College's Tifton campus Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) chapter, a student organization which promotes leadership and business occupations.  PBL chapters across the country also observe November 15th as American Free Enterprise Day.  According to chapter advisor Becky Richardson, "it is a time to celebrate the opportunities we as American citizens have to own, operate, and work in private businesses."  Chapter members pictured with Mayor Johnson are, front row left to right, Jessica Prince and Jessica Burns.  Pictured, back row left to right, are Clara Warren, Talina McKee, Beth Dorminey, Marshall Davis and Xavier Green.
