Moultrie Tech Students Face Off in Computer Build-Off

Moultrie Technical College computer information systems students competed in a computer build-off contest to determine which team could build the fastest, best-functioning and most-economical machine by the end of the college’s spring quarter. Team NEO, made up of Tonda Kilgore and Blake Boutwell, pictured left to right, won the competition. MTC instructor Pierre Rogers noted that each team was required to submit a PowerPoint presentation explaining why their computer was the best and the steps they took to build it. The final product was judged by an independent panel. Team MATRIX, made up of James Causey, Angela Harden and Dori Sowell, came in second place.
