Excellence in e-Learning Award



Moultrie Technical College medical assisting instructor Robin Kern received the Excellence in e-Learning award at the recent Georgia Virtual Technical College Summit in Atlanta.  The award honors instructors who have exceeded the demands of teaching in the new frontier of online learning.  Kern, pictured center, has served on MTC’s Online Steering Committee for several years and consistently mentors new members of MTC’s online faculty.  According to Tavarez Holston, MTC director of online instruction, Kern has been a major contributor in the continued success of MTC’s online studies program, which has nearly tripled its enrollment over the past year.
