MOULTRIE , GA. Between a state conference in Atlanta, Georgia in April and a national one in Nashville, Tennessee in late June, Moultrie Technical College’s Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) student organization members have recently lined their shelves with both statewide and national awards from their accomplishments during the 2005-2006 academic year.
