Nine Nursing Graduates



Moultrie Technical College held its semi-annual Nurse Pinning Ceremony for winter quarter on March 24 in the college’s Veterans Parkway campus conference center.  The ceremony honored nine graduates from the MTC Moultrie campus’ practical nursing program, which requires six quarters of in-class study and many hours of hands-on clinical experience in area hospitals and physicians’ offices.  The graduates will sit for the Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Practical Nurses exam within the next month to become eligible to be employed as nurses.  Graduates pictured during their candle lighting ceremony are, from left, Shymel Wright, Mary Sue Weaver, Rhiannon Priestly, Davina Parramore, Jeanette Miller, Carrie McGahee, Kay Maher, Courtney Hudgins and Courtney Delk.
