Moultrie Tech Student Wins Colquitt EMC Scholarship

 

EMC recipient-Kalley Sangster

Moultrie Technical College radiologic technology student Kalley Sangster was awarded a $1500 scholarship from the Colquitt Electric Membership Corporation to help her begin fall quarter classes, which start October 1stTo qualify for the scholarship, students or their parents must be members of Colquitt EMC, meaning they have home electrical service provided by EMC.  Students must complete an application including letters of recommendation, have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and plan to attend a technical college or university in fall 2007.  Kalley is the daughter of Ricky and Vickie Sangster of Moultrie and is a 2007 graduate of Colquitt County High School.  Pictured, left to right, are MTC student financial services director Judi Lovvorn, Sangster, Colquitt EMC marketing and member services manager Sonya Aldridge and MTC vice president of academic affairs Jim Glass.
