Moultrie Tech Foundation Awards Fall Book Scholarships

The Moultrie Technical College Foundation, Inc. recently awarded twelve students with scholarships to help cover their Fall Quarter class books and supplies through the MTC Bookstores in Moultrie and Tifton.  Book scholarships are provided through the college’s internal fundraising campaign in which MTC faculty and staff members from Colquitt, Tift, Turner and Worth counties donate a portion of their monthly salaries to help students and to meet other pressing needs of the college.  This quarter’s scholarship recipients are Tonia Bivins, Rebecca Lilly, Chandra Partain, Kimyatta Robinson, Joseph Rutland, Kimberly Smith, Teresa Stanford, Candice Thornton, Angela Underwood, Rose Ware and Dawn Young.  Pictured, front row, left to right, are Ware, Underwood, Bivins and Robinson.
