Moultrie Tech Holds Semi-Annual Nurse Pinning

Moultrie Technical College held its semi-annual Nurse Pinning Ceremony for winter quarter on March 20^th at the college’s Veterans Parkway campus conference center.  The ceremony honored six graduates from the MTC Moultrie campus’ practical nursing program, which requires six quarters of in-class study and many hours of hands-on clinical experience in area hospitals and physicians’ offices.  The graduates will sit for the Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Practical Nurses exam within the next month to become eligible to be employed as nurses.  Graduates pictured during their candle lighting ceremony are, bottom from left, Vivian Knight, Chris Broome and Glenda McClendon; and, top from left, Amanda Pierce and Nikki Spires.  Not pictured is Dustie Jackson.
