MTC Leaders Try Hands at X-ray Tech

Moultrie Technical College president Tina Anderson, front row center, and MTC vice-president for academic affairs Jim Glass, front row far left, donned their custom-made lab coats and spent a day shadowing the college’s senior level Radiologic Technology, or Rad Tech, students on June 12 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. All MTC Rad Tech students spend much of their hands-on clinical training time in CRMC’s Radiology department under the guidance of MTC clinical coordinator Buffie Spencer, back row far right, and instructor Alfred Jones. The senior students pictured graduated from the Rad Tech program on June 15 and will go on to take the Georgia State Board of Licensure exam to become practicing X-ray technologists.
