MTC Board Member Brinson Brock Wins Conservationist of Year Award

During the Middle South Georgia Soil and Water Conservation District’s annual Conservationist of the Year banquet on Dec. 4th, T. Brinson Brock Sr. was named Crisp County conservationist of the year.
Winners were selected from each of the counties of Ben Hill, Brooks, Colquitt, Crisp, Irwin, Thomas, Tift, Turner, and Worth.
He was appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue in 2007 to serve as a Development Authority Board Member for Georgia’s State Agricultural Museum, “The Agrirama” in Tifton. He serves as a board member with Moultrie Technical College and has served in various leadership roles with Georgia Bankers Association, as well as various community activities.
