Allied Health instructor Debra Craft of Moultrie, center, was honored with the Virtual Star Award for her excellence in online instruction and customer service during Fall Quarter 2007 which concluded in December at Moultrie Technical College.  An instructor is chosen each quarter based on evaluations received from all students in MTC’s online studies program. Students taking courses through MTC’s online program reside primarily in the Colquitt, Tift, Turner and Worth County areas but also in many other parts of the state of Georgia and across the United States.  Craft, who taught online courses in anatomy and physiology and legal aspects of medical offices, also serves as the Allied Health program coordinator for the college.  She accepted the Virtual Star Award from MTC vice-president of academic affairs Jim Glass, left, and MTC director of online instruction Tavarez Holston, right.  For information on the MTC online studies program, call 891-7000 or log onto www.moultrietech.edu .
