MTC English Language Student Sanchez Completes Literacy Program

Moultrie Technical College Adult Education student Yaned Sanchez, center, completed her English Language and English Literacy levels in December. The MTC English Language program is formed in two sections – English proficiency and English literacy. Students work through six levels of speaking and six levels of reading and writing, which is twice the amount required of English-speaking students. Sanchez began the program speaking little English and has completed the program under day class instructor Bill McCoy, left.
