Moultrie Tech Announces Spring

Moultrie Technical College recently announced the winner of its spring quarter MTC Challenge online contest conducted through the College’s website February 13 through April 6. Shatarra Stevenson of Moultrie, pictured second from the left, was chosen in a random drawing of all participants who correctly identified the high tech gadget featured in this quarter’s contest. The featured piece of equipment was a Pentascanner 350 Category 5 cable certifier and network tester used in Moultrie Tech’s Computer Information Systems program. Stevenson won a high tech gadget of her own – a 19-inch SENS flatscreen HDTV-DVD Combo. MTC’s summer quarter online contest will begin on May 8 and will feature a new gadget from one of its programs. The lucky winner of the summer quarter contest, to be announced in July, will receive a Nikon digital camera, memory card and camera case.
