Moultrie Technical College’s Turner County Campus Cosmetology program in Ashburn recently played host to Chuck Summer, an educator for Scruples Hair Color, pictured second from left. Summer demonstrated a hands-on foiling with color, haircut and style with Scruples products. MTC Cosmetology instructor Donna Waters said, “I was pleased with his demonstration and his use of live models Alex Henry and Amber Tharpe.” Other MTC students who assisted with the demonstration were Dan McPherson, Shakerra Sutton, Mary Hunt, Shemika Tolbert, Cindy Taft, Tina Jordan, Keyintle Fields, Samantha Tukes and Tomicka Summerlin.
