GED Graduates Lauded

Moultrie Technical College’s Adult Education program celebrated its summer and fall quarter graduating classes of 2009 at a semi-annual Commencement ceremony held Wednesday, December 16, at the MTC Veterans Parkway Campus in Moultrie. The college recognized almost 140 GED program graduates from the college's four-county service area of Colquitt, Tift, Turner and Worth. Many of those GED graduates were from the college’s Turner County campus program in Ashburn. Pictured, left to right, are Turner County GED graduate Tim Warren and Turner County GED lead instructor Melissa Burtle. Warren is also the recipient of an MTC Foundation scholarship.
