Moultrie Tech Employees Taking 3-day Furlough
Like most state agencies, employees at Moultrie Technical College will be facing furlough days this academic year at all five of its campuses. But the days off should not impact students, Tech officials said.
Moultrie Tech President Tina Anderson said employees will be taking three furlough days before Dec. 31, one day each in September, October and November. The furloughs were expected, as other state agencies have been taking furloughs during the current economic recession.
