Moultrie Tech Inducts New Board Members

Bill Boone, Cal McMillan and Betty Newkirk were sworn in as the newest members of the Moultrie Technical College board of directors on February 9, 2009, at the college’s Veterans Parkway Campus in Moultrie by Colquitt County Probate Judge Wes Lewis of Moultrie. Boone is the director of the Center of Innovation for Agriculture in Tifton. McMillan is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at the Bank of Lenox in Lenox. Newkirk serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for the Tift County School System. All are eligible to serve on the MTC board for nine-year terms.
