Moultrie Tech Pins New Graduating Class of Eleven Nurses

Moultrie Technical College held its semi-annual Nurse Pinning Ceremony for Summer Quarter on September 16, 2009, at the college’s Veterans Parkway campus conference center. The ceremony honored eleven graduates from the MTC Moultrie campus’ Practical Nursing program, which requires six quarters of in-class study and many hours of hands-on clinical experience in area hospitals and physicians’ offices. The graduates will sit for the Georgia Board of Examiners of Licensed Practical Nurses exam within the next month to become eligible to be employed as nurses.
