Moultrie Technical College’s Turner County Campus students worked hard to stay dry during the Summer Quarter student activity day on August 26. With the end of the quarter approaching, the water balloon toss was just one of many activities students at the MTC campus in Ashburn had a chance to enjoy that day – before they had to begin preparing for final exams.
