Moultrie Mayor Bill McIntosh signed a proclamation naming November 15, 2011, American Free Enterprise Day with the encouragement of Moultrie Technical College's Moultrie campus Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) chapter and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapters from Colquitt County High School and Williams Middle School. These organizations promote leadership and business occupations in the schools. PBL and FBLA chapters across the country also observe November 15 as a time to celebrate the opportunities American citizens have to own, operate and work in private businesses.
