Moultrie Tech Honors Vereen for Board Chair Service

Moultrie Technical College (MTC) recognized Will Vereen on September 21 for his nine years of service to the MTC board of directors. Vereen is the corporate vice president of Riverside Manufacturing Company in Moultrie. He took on the role of chairman of the board four years ago in August of 2007 and has seen the College through many transitions including campus construction and renovation, unprecedented enrollment growth, state budget cuts, and the recent conversion from the quarterly academic calendar to the semester system. Pictured, right, with MTC President Tina Anderson, Vereen will turn over the reins of MTC board leadership to Cal McMillan of Ameris Bank.
