MTC Foundation Awards Spring Semester Scholarships – Moultrie Campuses

The Moultrie Technical College Foundation, Inc. recently awarded 20 students from MTC campuses in Colquitt and Tift counties with scholarships to help cover their Spring semester 2012 class expenses. Scholarships are provided through the college’s internal fundraising campaign in which MTC faculty and staff members donate a portion of their monthly salaries to help students and to meet other pressing needs of the college not covered through state-allocated funds. This semester’s scholarship recipients are Melissa Blackmon, Lenore Bondie, Dolores Bradley, Mamie Byrd, Seth Carver, Heather Cloud, Michelle Coronado, Jason Doughtry, Jennifer Evans, Elizabeth Felts, Selyna Gamble, Tracy Harper, Wonna King, Patricia Lawson, Katherine Pate, Paula Register, Sue Roach, Tatiana Smith, Willie Timmons and Vickie Wainwright. Scholarship recipients from the College’s two campuses in Moultrie, pictured left to right, are Bondie, Lawson, King, Wainwright, Register, Pate, Felts, Doughtry and MTC Foundation Director Darbie Avera.
