MTC Tifton PBL Celebrates Free Enterprise System

City of Tifton Mayor Jamie Cater recently signed a proclamation naming November 15, 2011, American Free Enterprise Day with the encouragement of Moultrie Technical College's Tifton Campus Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) chapter. The organization promotes leadership and business occupations within the college. PBL chapters across the country observe November 15 as a time to celebrate the opportunities American citizens have to own, operate and work in private businesses.
